Juvenile hails Lil Wayne as the greatest rapper of all time
American rapper Terius Gray, better known as Juvenile, has praised Lil Wayne as “the greatest rapper of all time.
In an appearance on The Breakfast Club, Juvenile, 49, reflected on his close association with Wayne during their time at Birdman’s Cash Money Records. He shared his admiration for Wayne’s journey and evolution in the industry.
“I think [Lil] Wayne is the greatest rapper of all time,” Juvenile stated. “I’ve been with him. That’s my dude. I saw the whole process of him. I saw his downtime. I chided him.
Just seeing his development and where he is now, I truly believe he’s the greatest rapper of all time.”
Lil Wayne, who established Young Money Records after leaving Cash Money Records, played a significant role in launching the careers of hip-hop stars like Nicki Minaj and Drake.
With over 120 million records sold globally, Wayne is one of the best-selling music artists in history.
