Dr. Moses Paul, popularly known as Dr MO, the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) Chairmanship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), on Saturday cast his vote at his polling unit in Abacha Estate, Zone 4, Abuja.

Voting at the unit commenced with accreditation before ballots were cast, in a process observers described as peaceful and orderly. The exercise was reported to be progressing smoothly as of the time of filing this report.

Speaking shortly after voting, Moses Paul commended the conduct of the election, noting that although there were slight delays due to the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS), the process remained largely efficient.

He also praised officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for their professionalism and coordination.

“The process has been largely peaceful,” he said, adding that despite the time taken for accreditation, the exercise was well managed.

During a brief interaction with journalists, the ADC candidate reiterated his commitment to providing effective leadership if elected. He further urged residents to come out and participate actively in the democratic process.

Moses Paul also called on voters to conduct themselves peacefully and in line with electoral guidelines, stressing the need to maintain order throughout the exercise.
