BREAKING: 17 Reps dump ADC for NDC

At least 17 lawmakers in the House of Representatives have switched allegiance from the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC).

The announcements were made during plenary on Tuesday, where the Speaker formally read out the defections.

In a related development, Leke Abejide also dumped the ADC for the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Those who joined the NDC include Yusuf Datti, Uchenna Okonkwo, Adamu Wakili, Thaddeus Attah, George Ozodinobi, Lilian Orogbu, Oluwaseyi Sowunmi, Peter Aniekwe, Mukhtar Zakari, George Oluwande, and Munachim Umezuruike.

Others are Emeka Idu, Jesse Onuakalusi, Ifeanyi Uzokwe, Afam Ogene, and Abdulhakeem Ado.
