BIRS Taskforce apprehend 3 for illegal tax activity
The Benue State Task force on illegal tax activities arrested has continued to record more success as it apprehended three notorious illegal tax point operators.
The culprits, one Sekegh Vakwagh who was arrested at Tyogbenda in Ushongo local government. Peter Zongo and Teryila Kurgil at Yandev in Gboko local government were arrested operating illegal revenue check points and harrasing travellers.
All suspects have been handed over to the police for further investigation and subsequent prosecution.
