AGRF2022: NAMEL’s Ahmed Adekunle, other Agro experts to bare thoughts on actions for resilient food systems in Rwanda

The Chief Executive of the Nigeria Agricultural Mechanization and Equipment Leasing Company (NAMEL), Dr Ahmed Adekunle is one of the few Agricultural value chain players to share their thoughts on the bold actions for resilient food systems at the 2022 AGRF summit in Kigali, Rwanda from Monday 5th – Saturday 10th September, 2022.

According to Dr Adekunle: “The programme sessions will explore the obstacles to scaling mechanization in sub-Saharan Africa. We’ll be looking at emerging financing models, particularly lease financing and how these can be scaled.

“Business models for linking mechanization to farmer aggregation and offtake will also be explore. Again, the session will be presenting learnings on policy instruments to encourage uptake of mechanization.” He said.
