West Ham United, a Premier League club, has encountered their second setback in their pursuit of Mohammed Kudus.

As per reports from talkSPORT, West Ham’s most recent offer for Kudus, believed to be around £34 million along with additional incentives, has been turned down by Ajax.

Although the Dutch powerhouse is open to an agreement, they are insisting on a minimum of £40 million as an upfront payment for the Ghanaian international.

Notably, Kudus had drawn interest from Premier League outfit Brighton previously, but discussions for the 23-year-old ended in the early stages.

With an impressive track record at Ajax during the previous season, Kudus has predominantly showcased his skills as a No.10 or a right winger, both for his club and his national team.
