BBNaija 2020: ‘Pray for Kiddwaya’ – Nigerians

A cross section of Nigerians have reacted to Big Brother Naija, BBNaija housemate, Kiddwaya’s Monday diary session.

Monday’s Diary session was full of emotions as Kiddwaya showed how much the event from last Sunday hit him.

“My heart is broken knowing that Erica left, but I am trying to put that out of my mind and do well for me and her”. he told Biggie.

He also encouraged Erica to stay strong, adding that he will be joining her soon.

“Erica if you are listening just keep your head up and I will see you soon,” an emotional Kiddwaya said.

Meanwhile, Nigerians on twitter had being praying for Kiddwaya following his emotional breakdown.

The trend #PrayForKiddWaya started after many online users became sympathetic of Kiddwaya who asked Biggie a very emotional question; “Can you bring Erica back?”.

His social media handler @RealKiddwaya who set the trend tweeted; “The end of Today’s Diary session shows we all need to put Kiddwaya in prayers and seek God face in giving him strength, comfort and guidance.

“We can also see he’s grateful for Wayademgeng and everyone standing for him. #bbnaija
#PrayForKiddwaya”.

An online user @DOfficiabam, claimed someone said, Kiddwaya is sex starve that is why he want Erica back and not because he loves her.

“Someone said Kidd misses Erica meat, that’s why he asked biggie to bring back Erica. Sex stave.”

Some online users like @dorkas123 believe those emotions were real, adding that he is human afteral.

“Kiddwaya is human,Kiddwaya deserves love,Kiddwaya has feelings too,Kiddwaya has always shown love the best way he could,he will never look down on anyone,He deserves to remain in the house till day 71,Try harder to defame him,it will not work. know this!!#PrayForKiddwaya #bbnaija.”

Another online user, @Official_mohnc said that Nengi knows her worth and doesn’t dwell in the relationship with Ozo to the detriment of her purpose in the house unlike Erica, adding that she is however sorry for Kiddwaya who according to her is depressed.

“Nengi knows her standards very well, she doesn’t want to dwell in the Relationship with Ozo too much and forget what she came for, I salute her for respecting herself & her body, unlike Erica your fav Baby G….. Kidd is so depressed, y’all should #PrayForKiddwaya.”

@DooshimaMarian in two tweets stated that she truly believes Kiddwaya even if no one would, and prayed God to console him.

However, it seemed their prayers are yet to reach heaven, as Kiddwaya was put up for eviction barely even before the trend was over.

But, thanks to the #PrayForKiddwaya trend, he may likely get more votes this week.
