Owerri boils, student killed as cultists clash in FUTO

A tragic incident occurred at the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), Owerri, where a student lost his life and several others were injured in a cult-related confrontation.

The incident unfolded on Friday morning when students from Imo State University (IMSU) reportedly entered the FUTO campus in a motorcycle convoy, sparking a confrontation.

During the altercation, the FUTO Man O War commander was fatally stabbed in the neck by one of the IMSU students, leading to his immediate demise.

The loss of life and the injuries sustained have plunged the university community into mourning and shock.
