Chef Naira Victor: More support for Benue chef as history beckons
Speakers from four different state Houses of Assemblies showed their support for Chef Naira Tartenger by presenting him with a generous donation of 1 million naira in cash. Leading the delegation was the Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Hon. Aondona Dajo.
The visit coincided with Chef Naira Tartenger’s break period, allowing him to engage with the esteemed guests.
During the visit, the chef, alongside his manager, Drew Jr Collins, spoke to the delegation.
Collins highlighted the plight of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) as a major concern for the renowned culinary expert.
As of the time of filing this report, Chef Naira Tartenger had surpassed 120 hours in his non-stop cooking marathon.
He received a thoughtful gift of two hundred dollar bills from Odido to assist with washing his hands during the marathon cooking session.
