Christmas: Despite all the challenges of 2020, there are so many reasons to celebrate – Senator Moro

The Senator representing Benue South Senatorial District, Comrade Abba Moro, heartily felicitates with Christians on this day of Christmas.

Christmas, which is the commemoration of the birth of Jesus Christ, is celebrated annually on December 25.

Senator Moro says that the celebration is anchored on love, as God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son to save the world from His wrath.

He enjoins his constituents and Christians at large to use this period to show love to one another, preach peace and unity, and reflect on the reason for the season.

The Comrade-Senator observes that despite all the challenges of the outgoing year, there are so many reasons to celebrate and appreciate God.

He celebrates with the Governor of Benue State, H.E., Dr Samuel Ortom, and his wife, Dr Eunice Ortom; the former Senate President, H.E., Senator David Mark, and his wife, Chief Helen Mark; all the political leaders in Benue South and Benue State at large, both elected and appointed; religious and traditional rulers, and, indeed, the good people of Benue South, and wishes them Merry Christmas.
