They deserve to be in the final — Dembele backs Arsenal

Paris Saint-Germain forward Ousmane Dembele has praised Arsenal, stating that the Premier League champions fully deserve their place in the UEFA Champions League final.

Speaking during a pre-match press conference ahead of PSG’s Champions League final clash on Saturday, Dembele commended Arsenal’s performances throughout the season and highlighted the impact of manager Mikel Arteta.

“Arsenal are an excellent team. We have seen how they dominated the Premier League title race and also what they showed during the league phase of the competition,” Dembele said.

“Their journey has been impressive, and they deserve to be in the final.

“They play fantastic football and are strong in every aspect of the game. Everyone knows how dangerous they are from set-pieces, and they have an exceptional coach.”

Arsenal secured their place in the Champions League final after overcoming Atletico Madrid in the semi-finals.
