Girlfriend shoots lover dead while testing local charm in Calabar

A man was shot dead by his girlfriend while trying to test the efficacy of a local charm in Calabar, Cross River state.

The young man, whose real name could not be gotten as at the time of this report, goes by the nickname: “Email”.

He sells Indian hemp and was with a group of his friends at the time of the incident Wednesday in a compound where he resides at Nelson Mandela Street, Calabar South, opposite the Assembly of God Church.
