Brazil international, Neymar Da Silva Santos Júnior, has hinted he is willing to extend his deal with his current club Paris Saint Germain next season.

Reports making rounds on sports media outlets suggested his former club Barcelona is eyeing the goal wizard who is now valued at around €222 million. But it seems like the Catalans have a very little or no chance as Neymar has reportedly showed interest in extending his stay at PSG.

Although, he was rumoured to be unhappy in his first few seasons at the Parc Des Princes owing to their disappointments in European competitions.

However, after propelling them to their first final in the 2019-20 season, the Brazilian appears to have changed his mind to enjoy more successes in Paris.

And this means that his previous dreams of reuniting with Lionel Messi at Camp Nou after his contract expires next summer may have been pushed aside.

“I am happy today. I am truly happy. Things have changed a lot. I can’t exactly explain why.
“But today, I am feeling good. I have adapted. I am calmer and I am more happy. I want to stay at PSG,” SunSport quoted Neymar as saying.

Barca had been making efforts to re-sign the attacker since he left them four years ago but the Ligue 1 side was not happy with the offer.
