Nigerian passport to become stronger in 2026 — Pastor Biodun prophesies
A Nigerian cleric, Pastor Biodun Oladele, has predicted that the Nigerian passport will gain increased global strength and recognition in 2026, signaling improved international acceptance and opportunities for citizens.
The prophecy was part of Pastor Oladele’s wide-ranging declarations for the year 2026, where he spoke on politics, the economy, security, and Nigeria’s global standing. According to him, certain countries would open up, leading to a higher demand for Nigerians abroad.
“There is going to be a high demand for Nigerians outside the country,” the cleric said, adding that the development would reflect positively on Nigeria’s image and ease of movement for its citizens.
He described the expected improvement in the Nigerian passport as a notable shift from previous years marked by travel restrictions and visa difficulties.
Pastor Oladele also linked the anticipated passport strength to broader economic and diplomatic changes. He predicted fluctuations in the foreign exchange market, saying the naira would rise in value before experiencing another decline later in the year.
Despite economic pressures, he noted that Nigerians who understand strategic opportunities, particularly in agriculture and international engagement, would thrive.
The cleric’s prophecies for 2026 also include warnings of global and national challenges such as economic hardship, unusual weather patterns, online fraud, and political tension. However, he maintained that Nigeria would witness moments of favor and progress amid the challenges.
He urged Nigerians to remain hopeful and prepared, stressing that the prophecy about the Nigerian passport represents a season of improved global relevance and mobility for the country.
The predictions have since sparked discussions among Nigerians at home and abroad, particularly on the possibility of expanded travel access, employment opportunities, and stronger international partnerships in the coming year.
