There was panic among residents of Abuja on Tuesday following the presence of many aircraft in the sky despite the closure of airports across the country.

WWW.IDOMAVOICE.COM Recall that President Buhari had ordered the lockdown of the nation’s airports and airspace to curb further spread of coronavirus in Nigeria.

However, residents of the nation’s capital were shocked on Tuesday when they saw about four airplanes flying.

Reacting to the development, controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, called on the Nigerian military authorities to explain the presence of the aircraft in sky.

Here are reactions to the development:

Aizebeokhai Nicholas: I saw an aircraft flew pass my house in Abuja some few hours ago. What’s going on. Does it mean some people are above the law? I need answers.

GevsonTom:  Actually I was indoors but the speed of the airplane and brief sightings seems to be a military aircraft flew past my neighbourhood today in Abuja.

Suleiman Abubakar: Saw somewhere that the aircraft that was used to convey the remains to Abuja was British registered. Is it true?

Oladapo .W. Adeyemo: Just listening to kwam1 and the rain made up for the rest. Meanwhile, I heard some aircraft landed in Abuja.
