Police recruitment 2020: Real reasons Ogbadibo candidates were ‘disqualified’

Fresh facts have emerged over the alleged disqualification of applications from Ogbadibo LGA of Benue State were not screen in the ongoing screening exercise into the Nigeria Police Force.

Reports had emerged on Thursday morning that all candidates from Ogbadibo were disqualified from screening in Makurdi, the Benue State capital.

Report had claimed that the candidates were sent parking for ‘insubordination’ to one of the officers handling the exercise.

The development stirred anger among Ogbadibo natives on social media, who are demanding for at least, a detailed explanation over the incident.

However, a politician from the area has claimed that they were not disqualified, saying the screening exercise would hold September 8, 2020.

Meanwhile, Ogbadibo came top in the names of successful candidates released by the Nigerian Defence Academy Armed Forces Selection Board for the 72nd regular course.

The local government got 19 slots, the highest in Benue State.
