SAFOBA Abuja Chapter Honours James Ojobi over appointment as Director Federal Civil Service

The Abuja Chapter of the St. Francis Old Boys Association (SAFOBA) has announced a special event to honour Mr. James Ojobi following his elevation as Director in the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria.

According to an invitation released by the association, Ojobi was also deployed as Director (Procurement) in the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.

The association described the appointment as a recognition of his dedication, integrity and outstanding service.

The celebration is scheduled to hold on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at Alibro Atrium Restaurant, No. 32 Ekukinam Street, Jabi, Abuja, by 4pm prompt.

SAFOBA Abuja Chapter also stated that elections for a new executive council would be conducted during the gathering, urging members to attend and familiarise themselves with the association’s bylaws and eligibility criteria.

The notice was signed by the Assistant Secretary of the association.
