Senator Abba Moro in Ogbadibo as Tony Egwu goes home

Distinguished Senator Abba Patrick Moro, earlier today, attended the burial of late Mr Anthony Daniel Egwu in Ocheje Oko, Orokam, in Ogbadibo LGA.

Mr Egwu, until his death, was the Executive Secretary, Benue State Health Insurance Scheme (BSHIS). He died on the 7th of October, after a brief illness.

Senator Moro, in an emotion-ladened voice, said Mr Egwu died at a time he was most needed for family and societal growth, stating that his death was shocking. He encouraged the wife and children to be strong and carry on from where their bread winner stopped.

He thanked the governor of the State; HE, Dr Samuel Ortom, the deputy governor; Engr. Benson Abuonu, and other dignitaries who attended the burial for taking time out of their busy schedules to come and pay their last respect to the deceased.
