Arsenal’s young forward, Gabriel Martinelli, has expressed his belief that the team will not be affected by the departure of Granit Xhaka in the upcoming Premier League season.

Despite Xhaka’s significant role as one of the team’s captains, Martinelli remains optimistic about the Gunners’ performance. He emphasizes that there are plenty of leaders within the dressing room, ensuring the team remains strong even after the exit of an experienced player.

“Granit is a top guy, a top player, and he was one of the captains in the team,” Martinelli said. “But we have many options. He was always right there to help me, but we are going to find someone else to do that.”

The departure of Xhaka has certainly left a void in the leadership group, but Martinelli believes that the team’s camaraderie and spirit will see them through challenging moments.

Martinelli and his teammates had the opportunity to bid farewell to Xhaka, and they appreciated his contributions to the team. Despite the departure, the young Brazilian forward wishes Xhaka all the best for the upcoming season and beyond.
