BREAKING: Moro vs Onjeh: Appeal Court postpones judgement

The Court of Appeal has postponed its judgment on the case before it over the outcome of the Benue South Senatorial election.

The Court of Appeal had previously heard Onjeh’s appeal on Monday, October 16, during which all arguments and briefs were presented and adopted.
Subsequently, the matter was reserved for judgment for today.

However, the latest report reaching IDOMA VOICE has it that the judgment has been shifted from today.
A new date would be communicated in due course.
The petitioner, Dan Onjeh confirmed the development to IDOMA VOICE Monday morning.
