BREAKING: Sanwo-Olu succeeds late Akeredolu as South West Governors’ Forum Chairman
Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has been elected Chairman of the South West Governors’ Forum.
Sanwo-Olu was elected during a closed-door meeting held in Lagos on Monday, attended by all six governors from the South West states.
He succeeds the late Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, who served as the forum’s chairman until his passing on December 27, 2023.
