Nigerian Army recruitment 2021: UK govt is in support of killings in Nigeria – Nnamdi Kanu alleges

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has accused the UK government of supporting the alleged killings of civilians in the country.

Kanu was reacting to a story on BBC website on the recruitment of trades/non trades tradesmen and tradeswoman into the Nigerian Army.

Kanu said the publication is a confirmation that the UK government is aware of the atrocities being committed against the Nigerian people.

He tweeted, “Colonialism is dead, long live neo-colonialism! BBC running a recruitment advert for the crumbling, discredited and civilian killing @HQNigerianArmy

“Confirmation that @UKinNigeria  is in support of the murder of civilians & Nigeria firmly remains a colonial outpost. Africa sorry.”
