Kidnappers on rampage, abduct 3 in Otukpo
No fewer than 3 persons have been kidnapped by gunmen on Saturday evening in Otukpo.
The abduction was carried out in the same location near Upu village in Otukpo.
The victim includes one Mrs Ofoine, Mr Emmanuel Anore, and another resident whose identity is yet to be revealed.
However, as at the time of filing this report, the abductors have put calls across demanding N10 million for each person.
