BREAKING: Peter Obi loses as Tribunal gives judgement on 25% in Abuja

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has given it’s verdict on a suit before it by Peter Obi of the Labour Party on the outcome 2023 presidential election.

Obi has challenged election of Tinubu for failing to secure 25% vote in Abuja.

The Tribunal ruled that Abuja has no special privilege.

The court said Obi also failed to name polling units where alleged irregularities took place during the election.
