Cristiano Ronaldo’s rape allegations dismissed by US Court

Kathyrn Mayorga’s civil law suit against Portuguese veteran, Cristiano Ronaldo has been dismissed today by U. S. District Judge Jennifer Dorsey .

The Judge dismissed the case because of “bad faith” actions by the accuser and her attorney, Leslie Mark Tovall.

Jennifer Dorsey ruled on Friday the that the case be dismissed because evidence used by Mayorga’s legal team was obtained through false, stolen or leaked documents, including privileged interactions between Ronaldo and his attorneys.

Dorsey ruled that: “I find that the procurement and continued use of these documents was bad faith, and simply disqualifying Stovall will not cure the prejudice to Ronaldo because the misappropriated documents and their confidential contents have been woven into the very fabric of Mayorga’s claims,” Dorsey said. “Harsh sanctions are merited.” per bleachers report.

Ronaldo has maintained that he had consensual sex with Mayorga. However, Mayorga claimed the Manchester United striker sexually assaulted her after the pair met at a night club in vegas.

Cristiano Ronaldo is currently with his Portugese national team playing in the UEFA Nations League.
