David Mark’s daughter, Blessing Onuh may emerge Deputy Speaker as plot to impeach Gbajabiamila, Wase thickens

There are indications that Femi Gbajabiamila, the Speaker of House of Representatives and his deputy Idris Wase, may cease to exist as leaders of the Green Chamber Christmas and New year break.

AljazirahNigeria reports that on the agenda of the Pro-Buhari lawmakers in the House is the change of leadership of the House of Representatives came with a sense of déjà vu, as  Gbajabiamila, who rode on the support of the pro- Buhari’s lawmakers has  lost favour in the executive arm of the government following the series of resolutions from the House which the source claimed were designed to embarrass the Presidency .

In fact, the paper reports that Yakubu Dogara, a former Speaker and Hon. Blessing Onuh (Daughter of former Senate President, David Mark) have been penciled down to head the leadership of the House.

Onuh represents Otukpo/Ohimini at the Green Chamber.

This is coming few weeks after Hon. Dogara and Hon. Blessing Onuh recently decamped from PDP and APGA respectively recently to the APC.

The choice of Hon. Blessing Onuh, according the source will enjoy the support of female members in the House.
