Idoma-born Emmanuel Agbo emerges PDP Deputy National Secretary, thanks supporters

More congratulatory messages have continued to pour in for the newly-elected National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Dr. Emmanuel Agbo.

Dr. Agbo clinched the keenly-contested position, defeating other aspirants, who had indicated interest in the position.
Reacting to the development, PDP chieftain from Ado and former chairmanship aspirant, Comrade James Oche thanked erstwhile Senate President, David Mark for making it happen.

A visibly elated Oche wrote, “#EnoneReclamation2019OnCourse Congratulations Dr. Agbo Emmanuel, Kola Ologbondiyan, Rt. Hon. Udeh Okoye, Umar Maina.”

On his part, Comr. Dogo Ejeke Shagari, said, “Dr. Agbo Emmanuel on his triumphant victory at the poll as the DEPUTY NATIONAL SECRETARY to the newly elected leadership of the PEOPLE’S DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP).

“Your victory at the poll is a clear testimony of the trust and confidence party faithfuls have for you, haven been tasted through your assessment during your time in office as the State Chairman of the party (PDP) where you proved yourself as a leader with sterling qualities. Sir, your unassuming personality, your sagacity coupled with your uncommon intellectual capability resonates the belief that Dr. Agbo Emmanuel is the best man for the office of the Deputy National Secretary as demonstrated by the party delegates.

“It is therefore my prayer, that the good Lord who has granted you victory, fill you with the requisite knowledge, wisdom and grace to uphold the belief, trust and confidence reposed on you, Sir.

“Once again, accept please my hearty congratulations, Sir!”

Reacting to his victory, Dr. Agbo, who was former chairman of the party in Benue State, thanked his supporters for their prayers and supporter.

He described his emergence as a well-deserved victory.

He wrote, “We say a very big thank you to all of you.”
