IPOB: Fierce vigilantes, OSPAC storm Oyigbo after SARS attack

A group of armed individuals under the aegis of Security Peace and Advisory Council called OSPAC, on Wednesday October 7th, 2020 reportedly arrived Oyigbo.

The Rivers State local vigilante predominantly located within Onelga, Omoku was said to have touched down Oyigbo for a yet to be disclosed mission.

This is coming after Nnamdi Omoni, the state Police spokesman confirmed the attack on operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad along Aba-Port Harcourt by unknown gunmen killing one and setting a car ablaze.

A source revealed that the security agents were spotted with Arrows, Cutlass, Charms, and Guns.

He also said OSPAC vigilantes are presently parading within Izuoma, Kom Kom Railway, Umusoya, Obigbo West, and its environs.

It was also gathered that the sudden presence of the local security is targeted at the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) however, stakeholders of the movement for the actualization of Biafra has urged residents in the area to remain fearless and resolute.
