Jealous woman baths husband’s mistress with hot water in Benue 

A jealous wife has reportedly bath a woman suspected to be her husband’s mistress with hot water in Makurdi, the Benue State capital.

A source revealed that the suspect’s husband, who was identified as Mr. Udende, gave the lady an accommodation in his house where he lives with his wife and kids, Benue Info-Pedia reports.

The source said that the man, who is a political appointee, was accused by the wife of having an affair with the lady in his matrimonial home.

“The wife, whose name was given as Faith, became suspicion that the two were having an affair so she asked the lady (Mnena) to leave the house and she blatantly refused.

“The wife decided to visit Makurdi unannounced and was shocked to find her husband and Mnenna having sex on their matrimonial bed.

“The wife got angry, poured a bucket of hot water on his mistress which got her husband angry to start beating the wife and when the wife’s sister, Marvel came in to separate them he started beating them together.

“Marvel moved to nearby police station (E division) and brought in some officers to arrest Mr. Udende

“Meanwhile, Mnenna is presently in the hospital treating hot water burns.” the source added.

When IDOMA VOICE contacted the police, the state PRO, Kate Anene, said she was not aware of the development.
