The ongoing feud between actress Regina Daniels and her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, has taken a dramatic turn as Regina’s mother, Rita Daniels, publicly lashed out at the lawmaker in a viral video.

In the video, Rita Daniels accused Nwoko of tarnishing their family’s image despite the immense support he allegedly received from them during his political career. She claimed that Regina contributed $50,000 to Nwoko’s election campaign and that she personally invested both money and effort to ensure his success.

“You wanted someone with a high star to boost your fallen star,” Rita said. “If you think you can bite the finger that fed you, you’ll go down. Regina gave you $50,000 to support your election. We covered up your shame and made you feel like an Odogwu. You’re mad.”

The confrontation follows Regina’s recent social media post, in which she accused the senator of ordering the arrest of her siblings in an attempt to compel her to return to him and undergo rehabilitation.

The 24-year-old actress expressed deep frustration over the situation, questioning why their separation had turned so hostile. She revealed that she had remained silent despite being publicly labelled a drug addict, but now felt compelled to speak out and confront the pain she had endured.

“Why must things become so bitter just because two people are no longer together?” she lamented.
