King Mohammed Odeh Adah, the CEO of Ochacho Real Homes, a foremost real estate company in Abuja has acquired a single bottle of Remy Martin’s LOUIS XIII Cognac worth $137.700

(According to CNBC. com) which is approximately N53.172.488.24 in Nigeria.

The real estate Mogul shared a video of him receiving the drink at his Abuja residence on his official Instagram handle; @King_Mo_adah.

All Louis XIII de Rémy Martin is a blend of 1,200 eaux de vie between 40 and 100 years old, aged in oak barrels that are several hundred years old.

The empty bottle of the cognac which comes with a 25k karat gold plated cover and sold for US$8,000 (£4,693) which is N3,049,600.00.
