Olugbenga Omole: Ondo Lawmaker escapes assassination

A member of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Olugbenga Omole has narrowly escaped death by whiskers after an alleged assassination attempt on his life.

It was gathered that unknown gunmen attacked the lawmaker, who is representing Akoko Southwest Constituency 1, on Thursday night March 31, in Akure, the state capital.

The lawmaker who confirmed the incident to journalists in Akure, said the gunmen fired multiple shots at his car.
