The Honourable Federal Commissioner of the Public Complaints Commission in Benue State, James Oche, has described the passing of Elder Ikpoki Illah as a monumental loss to Ado Local Government.

Oche made the remarks earlier today while representing the Chief Commissioner of the Public Complaints Commission, Rt. Hon. Bashir Abubakar, at the funeral held in Ogege Ward of Ado Local Government.

He said the Public Complaints Commission commiserates with the deceased’s family, especially Illah Godwin, son of the deceased, who is a staff member of the Commission in the Public Affairs Department at its headquarters in Abuja.

On behalf of Rt. Hon. Bashir Abubakar, Oche urged the family to see Elder Illah’s passing as an act of God, the inevitable end of all mortals.

In the company of Hon. Oche were Chief of Staff Hon. Sunday Aboh, Hon. Abraham Ochoga, Hon. Clement Ogbu, Hon. Mathew Ikpoki, Hon. Jeffry Anidile, Hon. Damien Ujoh, all members of the local government and ward executive committees of the PDP in Ado Local Government, and other prominent stakeholders.
