Hon. Justice Boloukuoromo Moses Ugo is a prominent Nigerian judge serving on the panel of Nigeria’s Presidential Election Petition Court. Hailing from Kolokuma/Qpokuma Local Government Area in Bayelsa State, South-south Nigeria, he holds a distinguished position in the legal field.

At 57 years old, Justice Ugo is the youngest among the judges on the Presidential Election Petition Court panel. He obtained his law degree from the University of Calabar and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990 after attending the Lagos campus of the Nigerian Law School from 1989 to 1990.

His career on the bench has spanned 17 years, including eight years as a judge in the Bayelsa State High Court before his elevation to the Court of Appeal on 24 March 2014. Currently holding the 44th position on the Court of Appeal’s roll call, Justice Ugo has been diligently serving in this capacity for nine years.
