A video has just emerged on the internet of Lai Mohammed the Minister of Information saying on live TV that the President should be pardoned as he may not be able to remember where he kept his WAEC certificate.

Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed who was speaking on ChannelsTV Daily Sunrise programme said, “53 years after a fellow has left secondary school, 53 years… I think we should pardon him, he may have not even known where he has kept it.”
