Former Managing Director of Federal Medical Center, Benue State, and Accord Party governorship candidate for Benue State in the forthcoming 2023 general election, Dr Matthias Oyigeya, APC deputy governorship candidate for Benue State in the 2023 election, Dr Sam Ode and PDP House of Representatives Candidate for Otukpo/Ohimini Federal Constituency, Hon Alex Enokela Ogbe are set to grace the public presentation and launching of the book, ‘The 4 Biographies That Can Inspire Your Greatness,’ as Special Guests.
The book, which is authored by the popular Benue-born freelance journalist and blogger, King Apeh Peterhot, amongst others, features Presidents Lincoln’s, Mandela’s and Governor Samuel Ortom’s poor early lives and how they maneuvered their ways out of the laggard misfortunes predestination foisted on them to become great personalities, and the lessons modern generations ought to emulate as they struggle for survival and fulfillment in their lives.
Tagged “The Abuja Book Launch, 2022,” the event is billed to hold on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at the Banquet Hall, Nigerian Merit House, Maitama, Abuja, by 11:30AM.
Also attending the event are the State Chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC, Benue State chapter, Comrade Austin Agada, incumbent Chairman of Ogbadibo Local Government Council, Hon David Abah Umoru, former Chairman of Otukpo Local Government Council, Rt Hon George Alli, amongst others.
According to the Principal Special Assistant to Benue State Governor on Project Evaluation and Implementation, Barr Franc Utoo, who is Chairman of the Central Planning Committee, former Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defense, Chief Mike Okibe Onoja would be Chairman of the ceremony while Professor Okpeh Okpeh, Dean, Faculty of Arts, Federal University of Lafia, is the Book Reviewer.
In a short post on his Facebook page announcing date of the event, the author, King Apeh Peterhot, described the book is an inspiration deliberately birthed to let the world understand the superiority of determination and willpower over momentary failures.
