Fear has gripped the camp of Ojotu Ojema following the endorsement of Apochi Nelson Owoicho by a former member of the House of Representatives, Godday Samuel Odagboyi, ahead of the 2027 elections in Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency of Benue State.

Apochi, who is seeking to represent the constituency under the platform of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, disclosed the endorsement in a statement shared on his verified Facebook account.
He described the endorsement as a vote of confidence in his aspiration and his vision for a safer, more prosperous and better-represented constituency.
“I am sincerely grateful to Hon. Odagboyi and his team for believing in this journey. Your support strengthens my resolve to serve our people with humility, dedication, and a genuine commitment to their needs,” he said.
Apochi added that the endorsement had further strengthened his determination to pursue his ambition and work towards the development of Apa-Agatu.
