Benue govt reacts as actor offers young girls N4,000 to record private videos for his adult content platform
The social media space in Benue State has erupted following the leak of several explicit videos allegedly featuring young women from the state.
According to widespread claims, an adult film actor identified as Brisom Love reportedly entered Makurdi discreetly and offered young girls ₦4,000 in exchange for recording intimate videos for his adult content platform.
The leaked videos, now circulating widely online, reportedly feature multiple clips of a young woman named Bridget, who is said to have appeared in more than ten videos with the actor.
The development has triggered intense debate and backlash across online platforms, with many calling for the immediate arrest of Brisom Love for allegedly preying on what they describe as “naive” Benue girls and luring them into adult content creation.
Reacting to the controversy, Hon. Atu Terver, Principal Special Assistant to the Governor of Benue State on Youth and Media Mobilization, addressed the issue in a Facebook post, expressing frustration over the focus on the actor’s ethnicity—particularly the fact that he is Igbo.
He emphasized that the central concern should be whether any of the girls involved were underage or coerced.
“If any of them were minors or had been raped, then we have a case. But if they’re consenting adults, even if it’s for N4,000, it’s their business. I don’t care to know.”
Terver further argued that both the actor and the women involved should be held equally accountable, describing them as “partners in crime.”
“People like those loosed girls are the ones giving hardworking Benue ladies bad names. They are partners in crime and should be locked up to serve the same punishment, not just the guy,” he added.
