INEC fixes Nov 2 for Kogi, Bayelsa guber polls (Photos)

Ben IdahThe Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has fixed November 2 for the governorship elections in Kogi and Bayelsa states.
Festus Okoye, chairman of INEC’s information and voters education committee, announced this on Tuesday evening.
