Benue 2027: Why I dumped PDP for APC – Ortom’s ex-aide, Pastor Dave Ogbole
Pastor Dave Ogbole, a former Principal Special Assistant to ex-Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom on Strategic Investments, has defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
IDOMA VOICE reports that Ogbole formally joined the ruling party at his Ewulo Council Ward in Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State.
The former House of Representatives aspirant said his decision followed what he described as “due consideration and consultations.”
Announcing his defection in a statement, Ogbole wrote:
“After due consideration and consultations, I pitched my tent with the All Progressives Congress and was welcomed into the family at my council ward of Ewulo in Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State. My appreciation to the excos of my ward, local government and notable stakeholders for their presence and support.
Change is only possible by infiltration, not by confrontation. What concerns us, must involve us. Greater days ahead. We moved!”
