Man confesses to have been sleeping with 9-year-old daughter in Otukpo
A man identified as Mr. Ochapa, a resident of Makurdi Street around El bella Hotel Otukpo, Benue State has been reported to have confessed he has having sex with his 9-year-old daughter (names withheld) for some time now.
