Corona virus: Sen. Abba Moro salutes Gov. Ortom’s effort, hail Covid-19 committee
The Senator representing Benue South Senatorial District, Senator-Comrade Abba Moro, appreciates the efforts of Governor Samuel Ortom and the State COVID-19 Committee in stemming the tide of COVID-19 in Benue State, as Nigeria grapple with the challenge posed by the global pandemic.
Senator Moro specially lauds Governor Samuel Ortom for sending preventive items to the 23 LGAs across the state to fight against the deadly virus.
The lawmaker believes that the Governor and the Committee are committed to doing everything possible to ensure that Benue state is protected from the scourge of COVID-19.
He promises to work closely with the government in making sure that the state is free of the deadly disease.
Senator Moro further calls on his Constituents to continue to cooperate with the Committee and observe the precautionary measures advised by medical experts.
He urges them to continue to wash and sanitize their hands at regular and periodic intervals, and as well avoid social gatherings and interstate travels.
