Emmanuel, originally from Umuaku in Umuneochi Local Government Area of Abia State, was a vibrant member of the Isuochi Improvement Association (IIA). Having recently completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) earlier this year, he had secured a position with an undisclosed bank, marking the beginning of his professional journey.
