In order to cushion the effects of stay at home occasioned by the dreaded CORONAVIRUS pandemic ravaging the world, the founder of G12 foundation club, Oche Godwin Joseph, has procured and distributed a trailer load of rice free of charge to the people.

The beneficiaries of these philantropism cut across the twenty three council wards in Otukpo and Ohimini Local Government Areas.

Represented by Honourable Alice Albert, Oche and G12, disclosed that the gesture was aimed at reducing stress from the people who were obviously unprepared for the seat at home containment policy of the Benue State Government.

While commending the people of Otukpo/Ohimini federal Constituency for heeding the Clarion call by the state government, Oche further urged them to adhere strictly to all the safety tips given so far saying, “prevention is better than cure”.

Oche therefore urged the people to stay at home as a safety measure saying that remains the best option for halting the mobility of the pandemic.

He used the opportunity to wish the people well this Easter saying that the philosophy behind the death of Jesus Christ be extolled by all christians.

It would be recalled that Oche G12 since appearing on the social life of Otukpo/Ohimini Federal Constituency has affected the life of the people positively.

His intervention saw the provision of rural roads, electrification and empowerment of many people in the various Communities.
