Man United, Chelsea FC contact Fali to sign €35million-rated African player

Chelsea FC are on the verge to lose some of their defenders in the summer, namely Antonio Rudiger, Marcos Alonso, Cesar Azpilicueta, and Andreas Christensen. This has led to Chelsea’s quest in search of a new defender ahead of next season.

On the other end, Chelsea’s domestic rival (Manchester United) wants to add depth to their defensive unit, following their defensive woes this season.

However, the two EPL clubs (Manchester United and Chelsea FC) have an African defender on their radars and they have started working towards securing his services as a report claims that the two clubs are in contact with the player’s agent Fali Ramadani to sign 30-year-old African defender.

Manchester United and Chelsea may need to pay out a transfer fee worth €35million to sign the African defender, as Napoli places a €35million price tag on him.

30-year-old Kalidou plays mainly as a center-back defender and his deal at Napoli terminates in 2023, making this coming summer transfer window the best time to cash in on him to avoid losing him for free at the end of next season.
