Npower recruitment portal 2022/2023 | Check FG application portal update

NPower Recruitment 2022/2023: Application form, registration portal | www.npower.gov.ng

All members of who got shortlisted are under monthly payroll of the Federal government of the federation as they receive a monthly stipend of cash token known as “allowance” or “salary”. This is a motivational drive to better enhance their performance in the Primary Place of Assignment (PPA)

Since the Npower scheme is aimed at reducing the rate of unemployment in the country, the program designed to recruit both graduates and non-graduates.

For Graduates

The N-power graduate programs is designed for youths who have obtained at least a first decree or HND certificate from any recognized educational institute within or outside the country. The N-power graduate programme has only the N-power volunteers program which can be divided into 4 other sub-sections which includes; N-power Agro, Health, Teach and Tax. For better understanding you might want to check below;

About N-Power Volunteer Corp

N-power volunteers’ scheme is a program organized by the N-power board for qualified number of university and polytechnic graduates in the country. The program last for only two (2) years which means you’ll have to apply again if you want to continue with your appointment. Even as it is a volunteer program, all members are entitled to pay throughout the two years they spend working under the establishment though some requirements are needed.

  • Applicant must be between the ages of 18-35 to qualify him/her to apply
  • Possession NYSC discharge or exemption letter
  • First degree, HND, NCE, ND and/or post-graduate certificate is required

Shortlisted candidates who applied for this program will be deployed to any recognized public service institutions within their proximate communities as their Primary Place of Assignment (PPA). These institutions can be in the field of Agro, Health, education or Tax.

  • N-Power Agro

This program is aimed at recruiting 100,000 qualified members to the agricultural field of the country. Shortlisted candidates to this field tend to go for special training before their deployment as their duties is to offer professional advice to farmers. Also, a National Skills Qualification (NSQ) certificate is presented to all candidates after completion of the two years program.

  • N-Power Health

This program is aimed at recruiting 500,000 qualified numbers of persons to the field. To qualify, candidate must have obtained a higher institution certificate in nursing or medical section of academics. Shortlisted candidate who are recruited  in this category are deployed to professional public health care institution as their Primary Place of Assignment Their task rage from health educational specialist, health promotion coordinate, public health educator or even HIV/AIDs educator.

National Skills Qualification (NSQ) certificate is also issued to all candidates after the completion of the two years programme.

  • N-Power Teach

Candidates in this category are deployed to primary education institution within the country to serve as supplementary teacher offering special assistance to the main subject teacher. This means you won’t be a replacement to the teacher but an assistant. This program tend to welcome more of people with Engineering, Mathematics, Science and Technology certificates obtained from tertiary institutions.

  • N-Power Tax

This category of N-power is aimed at recruiting qualified number of persons from the general public to work under the state or federal tax authorities. Shortlisted candidates in this field must undergo special training before their deployment to their various Primary Place of Assignment (PPA). This program tend to accept more of people with degree or other equivalent certification obtained from any tertiary institutions in the following fields; Finance, Management, Accounting and other applied science courses.

For Non-Graduates:

The N-power non-graduate program is designed for Nigerian youths who are yet to obtain any certification from any recognized educational institute within or outside the country. People regarded as non-graduates here are SSCE certificate holders. For non-graduates, we have these work areas;

  • N-Power Knowledge
  • N-Power Creative
  • N-Power Tech Hardware
  • N-Power Tech Software

About Npower Recruitment 2022/2023

Npower Recruitment for the year 2022/2023 is a practice engaged by the N-power board to gather, handpick and staff qualified members of persons from the public to be part of their establishment. In simple term, it is a mode of bringing new people to work for the N-power scheme as beneficiaries of the programme.

Requirements for Npower Recruitment 2022/2023

All applicants must possess the following requirements to qualify them to apply for the ongoing N-power recruitment 2022/2023 exercise if really they want their application to be considered.

  • Applicant must be a citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
  • Applicant must be between the ages of 18-35
  • A government issued identity card
  • For graduates (possession of Masters, PGD, Decree, HND, NCE and/or ND certificate)
  • NYSC discharge or exemption letter for graduates
  • For non-graduates (possession of at least SSCE WAEC/NECO certificate is required)

The 2022/2023 N-power recruitment portal can be located at https://portal.npower.gov.ng or https://apply.npower.gov.ng

How to Apply for Npower Recruitment 2022/2023

To successfully apply for the ongoing Npower recruitment 2022/2023, all that is required of you is follow the below instructions.

  • Visit the official N-power recruitment portal at https://portal.npower.gov.ng or https://apply.npower.gov.ng
  • Select the category you want to apply for i.e the graduate (Npower volunteer corps) or non-graduate (Npower Build)
  • After the category selection, applicant is to click on the “Apply Now” option available on the bottom of the page
  • The next page should display the N-power online application form. You are expected to fill it with correct information about yourself and click “NEXT”
  • Now you are expected to upload a scanned copy of all your credentials (Certifications)
  • When you are done, you are to click on the “Submit” button which is located somewhere on the page.
  • The next page should display your N-power Registration Number. You are expected to copy and save it somewhere safe.
  • Now print a hard copy of your acknowledgment slip and live the cyber café

You should receive a mail within few days after the registration about your N-power application details and further instructions.

Important Notice: All candidates are expected to regularly login to their dashboard portal on daily basis so as not to miss out any important information. This is because all shortlisted candidates are to be contacted directly on the portal.
