BREAKING: Court dismisses Obi/Atiku’s suit on use of BVAS

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has thrown out a case before it on the failure of the Independent National Electoral Commission to electronically transmit results during the election.
The court said it is not mandatory and there dismissed the case brought before it by Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi.
