Miss Nigeria 1963, Alice Adepe Inducted into Idoma Hall of Fame
Alice Alache Akla Adepe, who made history as Miss Nigeria in 1963, has been inducted into the Idoma Hall of Fame in recognition of her historic achievement and place in the history of the Idoma people.
Adepe was among the distinguished personalities honoured at the maiden induction ceremony of the Idoma Hall of Fame, held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at the Peach Vine Event Centre, Wuye, Abuja.
Her induction recognises her trailblazing achievement as the first woman of Idoma extraction to win the Miss Nigeria crown.
