Davido’s aide offers cash reward for phone stolen at Zlatan’s wedding
An aide to Nigerian singer Davido, Damilare Aladegbola, popularly known as Dre, has appealed to whoever allegedly stole his phone at rapper Zlatan Ibile’s wedding to return it in exchange for a cash reward.
Dre made the appeal in an Instagram post on Monday, promising to give money to the person who returns the phone.
“If na u carry my phone for Zlatan wedding, abeg return am, I go give you money please,” he wrote in Pidgin English.
He also complained about a practice at parties where waiters collect plates from tables, suggesting that it could provide an opportunity for people to steal phones.
The incident occurred during the wedding celebrations of Zlatan and his longtime partner, Davita Lamai, in Lagos.
Davido led the groomsmen at the ceremony, which attracted several celebrities, fans and well-wishers.
