BREAKING: Francis Ottah Agbo loses to Aida in court, fined N300k

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, House of Representatives candidate for Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo Federal constituency, has defeated Francis Ottah Agbo in court.

Ottah, who is the current occupant of the seat, had dragged Aida to court after losing the ticket in the PDP primary conducted earlier this year to the latter.

The case was dismissed for lack of merit.

Ottah was asked to pay N300k fine.
